Apartment Partnership

My goal is to provide a valuable amenity to your residents without creating an additional expense for your property.

When I partner with a community, I look for properties that are committed to
providing exceptional amenities and creating a more convenient, elevated experience for their residents.
I want to bring that same level of service to your community.
The Austin fitness industry has grown significantly, yet apartment gyms remain underutilized. Residents may feel intimidated, lack experience, or simply not know how to make the most of the equipment available to them.

What I Provide

  • On-site in-person and online coaching

  • Customized fitness programs designed around each resident's goals, abilities, and available equipment

  • Nutrition guidance to support individual goals

  • Equipment education to help residents feel confident using their community gym

  • Dedicated coaching app with workout programs, nutrition resources, recipes, habit and progress tracking, check-ins, and more

Upcoming add-on in 2027:

  • General fitness classes

  • Nutrition education classes

Elevating the Resident Experience
The goal is simple:
help residents get more value from an amenity they already have
while providing a premium fitness experience directly within their community.

What I Would Need From Your Team

To help make residents aware of the service, I would simply request the following:

1–2 promotional posters displayed within the community gym or other approved fitness areas. All promotional materials will be submitted to management for approval prior to being displayed, unless otherwise authorized by your team.

One annual resident promotion: Permission to place a small 5" × 7" promotional card at the door of each resident at an agreed-upon time once per year. I recognize that emails can easily get overlooked, and I would never request access to resident contact information or unit numbers. This provides a simple, non-intrusive way to introduce residents to a new amenity available within their community.

New resident welcome materials: Include a promotional card in new residents' welcome or move-in folders so they are introduced to the service when they join the community.

I will provide all promotional materials at no cost to the property.

My goal is to keep the process simple, professional, and respectful of your community while giving residents an opportunity to take advantage of a convenient fitness service right where they live.

$0 cost to you!

Pricing varies based on each client's goals and needs, but here is a general overview:

In-Person Coaching

Every resident receives their first session at no cost and with no obligation. This allows them to experience the coaching firsthand and understand exactly what they would be signing up for.

Ongoing Sessions:
Single Session: $175
6+ Sessions: $160/session
12+ Sessions: $145/session

These rates are comparable to my previous Equinox pricing but include nutrition coaching, full app access, customized programming, and travel directly to the community.

I genuinely love what I do and take great pride in helping people improve their health, fitness, and quality of life. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my experience and passion for coaching to your community, and I look forward to working with you!

One of the biggest reasons people struggle to stay consistent with their fitness and health goals is lack of convenience—busy schedules, traveling to and from the gym, and simply not having enough time in the day.

My Why
What I Do

I help apartment residents make fitness and wellness more convenient by bringing personalized training, nutrition, guidance, and accountability directly to where they live.

Liability

There may be a big question that comes to mind when considering something like this: What about liability?

This is a major concern, and it’s one I’ve already taken steps to address.

I am insured through Insure Fitness Group, a company that specializes in coverage for fitness professionals, including mobile and traveling personal trainers. My coverage is designed to allow me to train clients in a variety of facilities, including apartment and residential community gyms.

My goal is to make this experience as convenient and stress-free as possible for you. Having appropriate insurance coverage in place helps protect both my business and the communities I work with in the event of a covered incident.

I want you to feel confident knowing that I take the responsibility of working in your community seriously and have taken the necessary steps to operate professionally and responsibly.

Here's What My Policy Covers:

  • General Liability Insurance — $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate: General liability insurance helps protect against claims related to accidents or injuries that occur around a training session, rather than injuries resulting directly from the professional instruction itself. For example, a client could slip while entering a community gym, trip over resistance bands during a session, or fall near equipment while equipment is being set up.

  • Professional Liability Insurance — $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate: Professional liability insurance helps protect against claims related to coaching, training recommendations, and professional services. For example, a client could claim that an exercise progression contributed to an injury or that improper instruction during a mobility or strength session resulted in bodily injury.

  • Personal & Advertising Injury — $1M: This coverage helps protect against certain claims involving non-physical injuries or damages, including allegations involving defamation, invasion of privacy, or certain advertising-related issues such as copyright or trademark infringement.

  • Identity Theft Protection — $25,000: This coverage helps with eligible expenses associated with recovering your identity if it is compromised.

My priority is simple: provide a professional, convenient, and safe fitness experience while taking the necessary precautions to protect everyone involved.
