Is this program for me? 
-Short answer, YES! This is the top tier program that is the best choice no matter your fitness level. I only take on 24 spots at a time for this program so I am able to give as much attention as I can to my clients. 

Type of Personal Training: 

In-Person Training: 
If you're located in Austin, Tx I do offer In-person sessions. These sessions are starting at $125 per session and have different packages from there. In-person training can either be completed in an At-home gym, an apartment gym, hotel gym or I have partnered with Outwellness at 211 E Alpine Road Austin, Tx 78704 if none of the other options work for you. 

Online Training: 
Majority of my clients are online training clients. This is typically the most cost effective program while still providing you strong support and well rounded programs for you! I am there every step of the way even virtually! 

Virtual Sessions:
I offer virtual sessions starting at $65 per session. These session are typically on Google Meet, FaceTime, Etc and I will be on the other end watching and helping you actively with form and learning in general! This is typically great for beginners who can't afford full-in person training OR are not located in Austin. All In-person training come with all that's mentioned above!

This program starts with a 3-month commitment designed to help you build a strong and sustainable foundation. During those first 90 days, the goal is to help you create consistency, gain confidence, and develop habits that support long-term progress. After the initial commitment, you’re always welcome to continue. If you decide to move into a more personalized coaching program later on, you’ll also receive access to an exclusive promotion available only to members who started here.

After Joining

you’ll receive access to schedule your onboarding meeting along with additional resources to help you navigate and fully utilize the app. This is a 1-hour 1-on-1 session where we’ll walk through everything together. We’ll discuss your goals, choose the best program for you, review nutrition options, go over important features inside the platform, and answer any questions you have. The goal is to make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and set up for success from day one.

You’ll also have access to monthly 1-on-1 check-in meetings after onboarding. 

These sessions are designed to help you stay accountable, ask questions, review progress, make adjustments, and receive guidance whenever needed. In addition to monthly meetings, you’ll be able to message me directly anytime with questions or concerns. I guarantee responses within 24 hours, although I typically respond much faster unless I’m traveling. I want this program to feel supportive and approachable throughout your entire journey.

Nutrition support

Included through access to an expanding collection of recipe books and resources. These recipes are designed to be realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable while accommodating a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply building healthier eating habits, you’ll have practical options that fit into real life.

During onboarding

We’ll determine which training program best aligns with your goals. The program options include Body Recomposition for building muscle while reducing body fat, Weight Loss for sustainable fat loss and healthier habits, and Muscle Building for increasing strength, muscle, and overall confidence in the gym. All programs are designed especially for beginners or newer gym-goers looking to build confidence, improve form and technique, understand mind-muscle connection, create consistency, and achieve long-term results in a realistic way.

Habit tracking 

Habit tracking s also included because long-term success is built through sustainable routines, not short-term fixes. Together, we can identify habits that best fit your lifestyle and goals. This can include things like sleep, hydration, movement, productivity, stress management, reading, or daily routines. The focus is creating habits that feel maintainable and supportive rather than overwhelming.

Metrics

You’ll also have the option to track progress metrics if desired. This can include weight, body fat percentage, body measurements, progress photos, strength improvements, or other personal goals. Tracking is completely optional and can be tailored to whatever feels most comfortable and motivating for you.

Inside the platform

On the platform you’ll also find a resource section featuring products, tools, and recommendations that I personally use and genuinely find valuable. This includes everything from affordable fitness trackers to kitchen tools, meal prep items, gym accessories, and other helpful products that can make your journey easier and more enjoyable. I’m constantly updating recommendations and testing new items to provide honest feedback and useful suggestions.

All members are automatically added to the community sections within the app. One community is dedicated to platform updates where I regularly add new workouts, recipes, resources, and features. Another section is focused on educational content, helpful articles, motivation, and general support. Notifications remain organized within the app, allowing you to stay connected without feeling overwhelmed.

This program was designed to provide structure, education, accountability, and support for people looking to create real and lasting change. The goal is not perfection. The goal is building confidence, creating sustainable habits, and developing a healthier lifestyle that you can realistically maintain long-term.

Your program starts at $250/month for 3 months. Once you complete this program, you will have two choices.

For Personal Training there are many variables that go into your pricing. I highly recommend booking a free consult to get a proper price.
